Repair Process

Our Repair process can be broken down into 8 simple steps:

STEP 1: Estimate and Quoting

We will inspect the vehicle and provide you and your insurance company with an estimate. Once you have your quote, we can move on to…

STEP 2: Authorization and Insurance Approval

Before we can begin work, you must sign a repair authorization form and your insurance company must also approve the work.

STEP 3: Dismantling and Inspection

Your vehicle’s panels are removed and the chassis and underlying body is inspected, to reveal any hidden damage. This is not done during the estimate, so the actual cost of repairs may vary from the intial quote. The inspection, and any additional information discovered, is put into a supplement report, which will be sent off to your insurance company for approval before we do any more work.

STEP 4: Ordering Parts

If there is any damage to the vehicle which we aren’t satisfied we can repair safely or thoroughly, we order replacement parts of OEM quality or higher.

STEP 5: Repairs Begin

We ensure your vehicle’s chassis is straight, and our skilled panel beaters begin working on repairing the bodywork. This is also where any replacement parts are installed, and mechanical repairs are completed.

STEP 6: Painting

Once the vehicle is back in the right shape, it goes into our paint room and our talented spray painters begin work.

STEP 7: Final Inspection and Reassembly

While we inspect our workmanship every step of the way, we hold a final inspection before reassembly to ensure everything is up to our standards. Once we’re satisfied everything is perfect, we reassemble the vehicle and then give you a call, and it’s time for…

STEP 8: Pick Up/ Delivery

Your vehicle is ready for you to drive, good as new! we’ll give you a call and you can come into the shop and pick it up, or if we’ve organised it beforehand, we bring the vehicle to you!
